Frequently Asked Questions

  • Elevated Dispo is open daily from 10am-8pm. Due to transactional limitations set forth by the MCA, we can not process any transactions after 8pm. We recommend arriving with enough time to shop comfortably before closing. 

  • Medical Patients

    Registered medical cannabis patients and caregivers who are 18 or older can purchase cannabis with valid ID and an active registration. Medical certifications must remain current under state rules.

    Purchase limits depend on state regulations and may differ by product.

    Adult-Use Recreational customers

    Adults 21 years and older with valid identification may purchase cannabis where legally permitted. Adult-use purchase limits are defined by state law and apply to flower, concentrates, edibles and infused products.

    ​

    Accessories and CBD products purchases are not subject to possession limits.

  • Acceptable forms of identification are as follows

    • State-issued Drivers license

    • State-issued ID card

    • Passport

    • US military ID card

    • Tribal Card

    • Maryland Medical Marijuana Patient Cards

    Please keep in mind that all forms of ID must be valid, government issued, displaying date of birth and a photo

  • Elevated Dispo gives priority service to Medical patients in the form of priority check-in and a dedicated service line in the dispensary. Medical Patients also recieve 30% off on Mondays and 20% off the rest of the week. 

  • Elevated Dispo accepts Cash and Dutchie Pay. Dutchie pay connects to your bank account directly, allowing you to prepay for your orders before picking them up.

  • Elevated Dispo has 36 on-site parking spots, including two ADA accessible parking spots. Additionally, there is free street parking on Roland Ave adjacent to the dispensary.

  • Elevated Dispo offers online ordering on our website www.elevateddispo.net. Curbside pickup in our dedicated curbside parking, or in-store purchases via our kiosks or incredibly knowledgeable budtenders. 

  • Medical Patients

    Purchase limits are set by the prescribing physician and enforced via Maryland One Stop portal on a rolling 30 day cycle. Elevated Dispo has no control or influence on the allotments for medical patients.

    Adult-Use Recreational Customers

    Purchase limits for recreational users are set by the MCA and are as follows

    • Flower - Up to 1.5 ounces

    • Concentrates and Vaporizers/Cartridges - Up to 12 grams

    • Infused Products (Edibles, tinctures, capsules) - Up to 750mg

    These purchase limits are per day.

  • Elevated Dispo upholds its rigorous standards for quality by maintaining proper storage and handling of all products. Our cannabis  flower is stored in cold, humidity controlled environment to maintain quality. All of Elevated Dispos concentrates are stored in refridgerators maintained at optimal temperature and humidity to preserve those delicate terpenes and cannabinoids so you have the highest quality product.

    We prioritize vendors that utilize single-source, ethically grown or processed, lab-tested products and methods. We provide certificate of analysis for any of our products on demand, showcasing the strenuous process that ultimately leads to you consuming a premium product.

    Cannabis products should always be stored securely and kept out of reach of children, minors, and pets. Proper storage helps maintain product quality while supporting safe and responsible use.

  • Cannabis consumption is restricted to private, legally permitted locations. Consumption is not allowed in public spaces or on dispensary premises and may be prohibited in workplaces, rental properties, or other private settings.

  • Elevated Dispo recognizes the achievements and challenges certain professions and communities face. We extend these discounts as a thank you! Please have valid ID showing you qualify for these discounts. These discounts do not stack with other discounts, however you can stack these discounts with your points. 

    • Veterans - 20% off

    • First Responders - 20% off

    • Nurses - 20% off

    • Teachers - 10% off

    • Wisdom (65+) - 20% off

    • Industry - 20% off

    • Medical Patients - 30% off on Mondays; 20% off the rest of the week.

  • We understand that sometimes products come defective from the manufacturer.  Elevated Dispo will issue a credit or replacement for any product with a manufacturers defect up to two weeks after purchase.

    To be eligible for a return, you must bring with you

    1. The defective item AND its original packaging. The only way for us to verify the item was purchased at our dispensary and by the individual returning it is by the label and information located on the original packaging.
