Adults 21 and older with a valid government-issued photo ID can purchase recreational cannabis. Registered medical patients in Maryland have priority service and access to medical cannabis.
We accept driver’s licenses, state-issued IDs, U.S. or foreign passports, U.S. military IDs, Tribal cards, and Maryland Medical Cannabis Patient or Caregiver cards. University or college-issued IDs are not accepted.
We accept cash and debit cards via dutchie Pay. ATM on site for convenience. Charges may apply.
Orders can be placed online or in-store with our self service kiosks. We have knowledgeable budtenders available upon request.
Elevated Dispo has plenty of on-site parking available. Please keep in mind, you may only enter via rt 13, and exit onto Roland Ave. Street parking on roland ave is available as well.
