Return & Exchange Policy
Exceptional customer service is central to every facet of Elevated Dispo, and our return policy is no different. Elevated Dispo will offer an exchange or return for any defective item as it relates to a manufacturer defect or quality issue. Due to the variable nature of returns, they will be dealt with on a case by case basis and no return or exchange is guaranteed.

Returns for cannabis products​

Products must be unopened, sealed in its original packaging and brought in within 48 hours ​to be eligible for return

​Due to health and food safety concerns, all edible cannabis products are ineligible for returns ​​

Original receipt of purchase is required to return any item. If customer does not have original receipt, the item will be ineligible for return

Opened products may be eligible for return if the issue relates to a manufacturer defect or quality concern. Item must be brought in within 48 hours of purchase.

An adult-use consumer, qualifying patient, or registered caregiver seeking to dispose of unwanted product purchased from the
dispensary for destruction may do so at any time.
